To assist in eliminating a buyer's agent commission any leads generated from your property listing will be immediately forwarded to you!
If applicable, based on community rules and regulations, a yard or window sign will be placed at the property for the duration of the listing.
With the purchase no additional monies will be due at closing.
Additional options are available to you at any time to assist you with the sale of your property, ranging from photos and lockboxes to contracts and appointment setting.

This option offers the very same services and features and is virtually no different than hiring a Realtor for a traditional 4%-7% commission.
$500 will be due up front at the time of listing and the remaining $2,000 will be due at the closing.
If the property does not sell no portion of the $2,000 is due.

EZ Choice MLS will prepare and complete an entire sale & purchase contract package with all applicable addendums that you will need to sell your property. In addition, one of our licensed agents will work with both you and the buyer up through the closing completing all necessary paperwork, working with the buyer's lender to make sure all the financing is in order, manage necessary inspections, coordinate with the title company and to help all parties understand their rights and responsibilities.
