To assist in eliminating a buyer's agent commission any leads generated from your property listing will be immediately forwarded to you!
If applicable, based on community rules and regulations, a yard or window sign will be placed at the property for the duration of the listing.
With the purchase no additional monies will be due at closing.
Additional options are available to you at any time to assist you with the sale of your property, ranging from photos and lockboxes to contracts and appointment setting.

EZ Choice MLS will have an experienced member of our staff visit the property to take digital photos of the property for the MLS & Realtor.com. Select this option and you will be contacted to schedule an appointment to have the photos taken.
EZ Choice MLS will place a high profile info box at the property (if applicable) and provide you an original color flyer of which you may copy and refill the box as necessary.
EZ Choice MLS will prepare and complete an entire sale & purchase contract package with all applicable addendums that you will need to sell your property. Additional contract & closing assistance can be obtained by purchasing "closing & buyer assistance" package.
EZ Choice MLS will place an association approved realtor lockbox at your property to assist with showings .

Utilizing the photos of your property we will create an impactful virtual tour of your property. We will upload your virtual tour to your both your MLS listing and Realtor.com. You will also be provided a link to your virtual tour online that you will be able to share with potential buyers.
EZ Choice MLS will place an association approved realtor lockbox at your property to assist with showings as well as a sign-in book to keep track of each realtor that comes by. EZ Choice MLS will manage each showing, set the appointments and acquire showing feedback.
EZ Choice MLS will prepare and complete an entire sale & purchase contract package with all applicable addendums that you will need to sell your property. In addition, one of our licensed agents will work with both you and the buyer up through the closing completing all necessary paperwork, working with the buyer's lender to make sure all the financing is in order, manage necessary inspections, coordinate with the title company and to help all parties understand their rights and responsibilities.
